We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Merida. The location is the best you could find in the middle of everything. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. We were disappointed with the pool as it’s basically a dark hole in the ground and did not look clean (we didn’t go in). The bathroom is a half wall so unless you are single, it’s not very practical. Water pressure was amazing in the shower. There are no curtains in the window so if you like to sleep in, this could be an issue (it wasn’t for us). Overall I would recommend the hotel for a few days if you want to be able to walk everywhere in Centro

I enjoyed my stay in Merida, the place is clean, freshly renovated and the staff very helpful and accommodating. Definitely will stay there when I come back
