Villa Rio is a very spacious and a well appointed Villa with an outdoor space to match the interior. With plenty of different spaces to relax in and the pool is a good size.

A perfect place to stay for a chilled 9 days in Kalkan. The apartment is large and airy with air conditioning units in each room. Spotlessly clean and tidy - it was a joy to stay here. The pool and pool deck were regularly cleaned by the “pool man” who came early in the morning. It is just a 10-15 minute walk from the harbour and also surrounded by small supermarkets and restaurants. We hired a car which we were able to park right outside in a small off-road parking area. We would highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay here again.

Rio villa provides a relaxing haven near Kalkan's local eateries and sandy shores, promising a tranquil escape with its private pool and scenic views.

Nestled in Kalkan, Rio villa grants serene ambiance, proximity to eateries, and leisurely walks to the beach, ensuring a delightful holiday.
