The property is clean and unique (a trullo). The paid parking is close by. The breakfast is pretty good but nothing too special. If you want to stay in a trullo in a very convenient location it is worth it. But if you are willing to drive (or walk) a bit, I am sure you can find cheaper options. Compared to our other stays in Puglia I think this stay was a bit too expensive for what it was.

True Trulli home experience! Right in the center of the historical district. Easy offsite parking located about .3 miles away. Friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast included. Would recommend staying there.
