Ashville Guesthouse

The bed was comfortable especially with the cotton sheets and duvet cover. Plenty of space to hang clothes. Exceptionally large room. Owners were so helpful in making suggestions of things to do. The breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay there again. G.R.

Hilary and Oliver are so hospitable and warm and everything you can want in B&B hosts. They are so accommodating in every way. The breakfast is superb- fresh cooked to order Irish breakfast or avocado toast with salmon or egg. They worked so hard to patiently and kindly accommodate our dietary needs and each thing we asked for to make our stay great. The only thing we were disappointed in was that it was a little further outside of Westport town then we thought initially, but we decided that it actually ended up to be really great to be just 2 km from town comma as it was very quiet, very peaceful. My sister and I loved these hosts, the room and the breakfast! What more can you ask for?

Our room was large, comfortable and spotless! The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The best thing about our stay was Hillary! She was very welcoming and, after we checked in, she gave us a ride into town so we didn’t have to get a taxi. She also went out of her way to help us find a place to stay in another town. We would definitely stay there again!

I cannot rate our stay at Ashville Guesthouse enough. Oliver and Hilary really made us welcome and we're very friendly, knowledgeable of local things to see and do and really wanted us to enjoy our stay. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast was cooked to order, really tasty and plentiful. There was plenty of parking and the hotel was a close to Wesport Town. Unfortunately, our hire car was faulty and had to be replaced on the morning of check out. Hilary and Oliver were so kind inviting us in for coffee, cake and a chat until our replacement car arrived. I will most definitely stay with them again when next in beautiful Mayo and would recommend it to anyone doing the same
