This is a lovely property conveniently located on a hill overlooking Keswick and near the many attractions in and around Keswick. Our room was substantial with a comfortable bed and sitting area. Breakfast was tasty and varied, eagerly accommodating a special request. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Definitely recommend and would stay here again on a return visit.

Excellent hotel, staff couldn't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean ,breakfast brilliant. Had a very enjoyable stay. Only slight downside 15mins walk to centre, enjoyable going down but all uphill on return.
