I didn't like that they only provided coffee for the first day. And the rest if time I had to purchase. Which I didn't do.

This was the best international stay I’ve had thus far!! Its a smaller hotel so the space is intimate, which is nice. The rooms are spacious and modern. The staff was amazing and helpful with setting up rides to the airport and taxis as needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Belize City.

We stayed at The Palms twice while in Belize. Overnight stays between other areas of the country. Beautiful facility, extremely helpful staff and on time, punctual transportation. The beds are very comfortable (much needed after long travel days) and the AC worked well. Safe and quiet neighborhood.
The complimentary coconut bread was a hit with morning coffee.
Highly recommend, I would stay here again without question,
