The "Urlaubsglück unterm Dach" apartment is designed for a carefree stay for 2 people
The apartment is located on the top floor of the two-story building at Trg Matije Gupca 11. The studio apartment features a kitchenette, 2 sofa beds, and a bathroom with a shower. The living area offers a beautiful view of the park, which is home to several restaurants.
A built-in ladder leads to the loft, which offers a magnificent view of Isola Bella, the marina, and the sea. You can relax in two comfortable armchairs and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine,
During the summer season, there’s live music in the old town until midnight, and at 7 a.m., the gentle tolling of the bells from the UNESCO-protected basilica will wake you from your dreams.
The apartment has a shower and toilet.
Towels and kitchen towels are provided, as well as
a mini-washer for small loads of laundry.
Kitchen with stove, oven, and microwave.
Coffee maker, refrigerator, and vacuum cleaner.
Air conditioning for both cold and hot days.

Here you can book a day trip to the lagoon city on the spectacular racing catamaran for about 60 EUR.
Beaches shaded by pine and cedar trees are located along the souvenir street, just 500 m away.
Local buses run daily to all major cities in Istria.
E-bikes, e-scooters, e-carts, and maintenance services are available right next to the SPAR supermarket.
