6/25/26 - 6/28/26We've stayed in this unit a couple of times before. Wonderful view of the Intra-coastal. we saw dolphins in the water one morning. And the beach is right across the street.Plenty of pool/beach gear provided in one of the condo closets. Unit was pretty clean overall. Ample starting supplies. We stayed three nights so didn't have to replenish.Publix grocery right next door.Middle Grounds is our favorite evening dining place, and a short walk from the condo. They have wonderful food, service, and soft live music starts at 7pm in the lounge area. You can eat in the lounge as well so you can enjoy your meal and the music. This stay we found Copper Kettle cafe a few miles south. Again, wonderful food and service. We ate there two of our three mornings. An early afternoon at Sea Dog Brewing Company overlooking a marina was nice. Happy hour 2pm-4pm offers discounted drinks and appetizers.Beware! The swimming pool was 'hot'. Not good if you're looking for a refreshing dunk after lying in the sun. Sun umbrellas are not provided in the swimming area.

Have been staying at Palms of Treasure Island for the past several years. It’s a great facility within walking distance to everything we need. Itrip staff have been fantastic in communicating before, during and after our stays. They are very prompt and professional. Issues have been taken care of whenever pointed out to them. We’ll be back again next year.

Inside and patio were excellent, views were great. Fishing from peer was great. Pool and hot tub were great.

Starting with the positive, location and views are wonderful. Communication was great even though some were automated. Disappointed with overall cleaning standards and very low quality of sleeping beds. Not happy with having to put dishes back on departure either. Why not just leave them in dishwasher? Did not feel like vacation. Why a cleaning fee then? Need a bit more of TLC.
