We enjoyed the property at Bali Hai. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The renter, Live Suites, was another story. We rented three units for a week. Two went well. The third required is to move twice during the week and was booked for 9 days instead of 7. I informed them and they cancelled the third room. Then they told me there was nothing available for the last day. We booked a room at a hotel for the last day at twice the price. They told us they would refund the balance. After asking the third time they stopped responding and have never provided the refund.

Communication between VRBO and Wyndham was very poor, When we arrived I was told that we could only occupy 3 of the four units that were booked. Also on the VRBO listing it indicated that the units were wheel chair accessible. Wyndham hosts were able to arrange for one of the units to accommodate a wheelchair.

Beautiful property. Very disappointed with the service and condition of or lack of equipment. They never had clean beach towels to exchange daily and not enough activities equipment or broken equipment to rent at full price! Lack of service appeared to be due to lack of personnel.
