House was in a good spot for our plans of visiting Sedona and also the Grand Canyon. I reserved this house because of the number of beds, which worked out, but I missed the fact that there is only one bathroom. My mistake but make note! The beds are fine if you are a heavy sleeper. If you are a sensitive sleeper note that most of the beds make a lot of noise when you make any movement. As others note, there are cosmetic defects throughout the house but they don’t affect your ability to reside at the house. We did not use the garage or backyard so can’t comment on those. When we arrived the door code did not work. Hosts responded relatively quickly despite our arrival after 5pm. Felt like it took a long time though because we had driven from Phoenix and all needed to use the bathroom. Don’t drink too much water on your trip to the house! We also forgot a pair of shoes at the house and the hosts were extremely helpful in getting those back to us.

Host were very good at answering any questions we had.. very clean, inviting house.. dog friendly with an enclosed backyard..

This place was very welcoming and beautiful inside and a cute neighborhood. Loved the fenced in yard for the fur baby and our 6 year old.loved playing the foosball table.

Bring your own pillows.
