O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Delightful apartment 200 meters from the magnificent Piazza Navona.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is very quiet despite the fact that within walking distance you will have many restaurants and clubs. It has a fully equipped kitchenette with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, a table with chairs, a loft double bedroom (you have to climb a spiral staircase to get to the bedroom and bathroom and we do not recommend the apartment to those with reduced mobility), a newly renovated bathroom with shower.
Although very central, the house turns out to be very quiet as the windows all face inside
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi internet connection, hair dryer, TV, microwave, kettle, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, baby bed, towels and linen .
The apartment is 2 min walk from Piazza Navona, 6 minutes from the Pantheon, 10 minutes from Campo de Fiori, Castel Sant'Angelo and Trevi Fountain and in a few minutes you can reach St. Peter's Square,Largo di Torre Argentina (with Roman ruins in the center of the square), Fountain of Turtles, Galleria Borghese ( museum) and Trastevere. A 25-minute walk will take you to the Colosseum and Roman Forum and many other important points. Within walking distance, on Corso Rinascimento, there are many buses to reach Rome's major points of interest in a short time, and the cab station is 100 meters away.
For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with a private driver who can take guests directly from the airport or Termini station to the apartment .
To reach the house from Fiumicino airport you can take the train to Ostiense train station, then bus No. 30 (direction Clodio) and get off at the stop “ Senato” then the house will be 120 meters away.
For stays longer than 20 nights the cost of electricity will be paid on consumption at the rate of €0.50 per kwh and gas at the cost of €1.30 m/cube . For stays longer than 20 nights, a utility deposit of €200.00 is required to be paid in cash upon arrival

If location is what you are looking for, then this is a great place to stay for 2 people. There is no view out any of the windows, but we didn't spend much time in the apartment, so it was not a big issue. We might have spent more time in the apartment if there was any type of view. The bathroom is quite small, but functional. You do have to climb a narrow spiral staircase to get to the bedroom and bathroom. With luggage, it's a tight fight. This apartment did have a washing machine which we used several times which was also a plus for us. The host was easy to work with once we figured out where to catch the city bus. Overall, a decent stay.

Great location near the places we wanted to visit. Very helpful hosts. Was just what we needed for our quick visit to Rome!

Very good communication and helpful with transport from the airport. Check-in in easy with someone there to meet us. Nicely decorated and clean. Kitchen is very tiny. I just made coffee. The microwave wasn’t plugged in and would need to pull the washing machine to reach a plug. Nicely matched decor but unfortunately just decorative.
