Everything was great. House was just as advertised. Check in was easy, Key West check in was super easy gave us great directions to get to them and then to house

Clean! Quiet and Functional! The unit was spotless, appliances were up to date and maintained. Plenty of towels, extra bedding and kitchen /bath supplies were such a plus traveling with kids, it’s great to use the place like it’s a home not a hotel. It’s a good location from the pool as well, just far enough away you don’t get all the pool noise. Which allows a relaxing porch sit!

The property was exactly as listed. Had everything we needed to feel like it was our own. Having the grill was a plus so we could do most of are own cooking. The location is perfect as where is close to duval street and all the activities but, just far enough away from all the comotion for a peaceful night. Thanks so much for a great stay and hope the city changes their mind about weekly rentals and we can stay here again!

The property was great. Went to the address given through VRBO to learn a visit to the rental office was required (despite an onsite lock box). There was NO communication/heads up through VRBO, which is where I was paying attention. Paid for a cab to and from the office to clear the issue and was (rudely) told the substandard protocol had been "emailed to me 5 times." (it wasn't) Touch points (door handles, light switches, etc) were dirty. No soap in a bathroom. Broken frame in a bedroom made me worried I'd be charged, so I took a pic. Crisp sheets, clean towels, great to have a pool! Just a little "off" compared to other VRBO experiences.
