"Le Gîte chez René" located in the town of Fresville, 5 minutes from Sainte-Mère-Eglise. 3 minutes from the N13, you can easily explore our beautiful region.
Stone house completely renovated and equipped in 2024 for 2 to 6 people.
On the first floor:
- An entrance.
- A separate toilet.
Dining room.
Fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, malongo coffee maker with pod, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, chopper, raclette machine...) with island for convivial moments with a view of the surrounding countryside.
- a living room with sofa, 2 cosy armchairs, large flat screen connected (the only one in the house) with MyCANAL+, Netflix, Prime and Disney+.
- A room "La René" bed 160/20 accessible to people with reduced mobility. .
- A bathroom with double sink unit, walk-in shower, hairdryer accessible to people with reduced mobility.
UPSTAIRS:
- A room "la Raymonde", a small cosy room with a 140/200 bed.
- A room "la Marie-Louise", a large room with 2 beds of 90/200.
- A second bathroom with a vanity unit, shower cabin, toilet and hairdryer.
OUTSIDE:
- Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol.
- Deckchairs, Chilean.
- Breathtaking view of the airship hangar (vestige of the 14-18 war).
- Garden.
- Private and closed courtyard with gates, all illuminated.
-A storeroom with sink, which can accommodate bicycles and motorbikes.
- Self-arrival possible thanks to a key box (but I'll come and see you anyway).
- Deposit of 500€ (esp or transfer) on arrival and returned at the Check-out.
- Cleaning fee: 100€ optional.
- No electric car charging.
- No excessive partying.
- Baby/child equipment on request:
Travel cot, changing mat, high chair, bathtub, potty, toy...

The gite was very clean, and had everything you need! A large garden to play in. Charlotte is very kind, and will help you if you need anything. The gite looks very nice, with al lot of attention to detail. Normandy is a good place to stay, with lots of things to do. We really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend it!
