The house is located very close to where the manatees congregate during the winter. There are lots of fish when the manatees are not there. It is close to the State Park, restaurants and grocery stores. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing vacation - this is it. We enjoyed using the kayaks available. Owner was wonderful to work with and easy to contact. House was clean and had lots of amenities.

I echo all those reviews that praise the cleanliness, location and ease of communication with the host! Maryanne was quick to respond and the house was ideal for our group of senior ladies. I paddled one of the kayaks alongside one manatee in the channel and just around the corner was greeted by dozens of manatees drawn to the warm spring water. What a thrill!
