This property has a great location. The apartment is a little bit small, but that was not a problem. It will be nice if the host at least respond your enquiries They should provide a set of sheets for the extra sofa bed they have and also some kind of blankets. One thing is that the air conditioner is extremely loud. They need some small repairs in the bathroom and with the balconies doors. They also should provide some kind of rack to hang your wet clothes. Otherwise the community is very well maintained. We have a great time.

We had an excellent stay at the Tropical Retreat Condo!I highly recommend it.

We stayed for the month of January. The space was clean and quite. Some updates are needed and kitchen utilsels , pots and pans need an update for extended stays if you are doing much cooking, The Tiki is very well located for close by places to eat and live entertainment.

Lots of small maintenance problems with the condo such as loose hinges on bathroom door sliding glass door not sliding elements on stove not plugged in otherwise free breakfast in the morning was great and housekeeping was good
