I had a great experience staying at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. Great communication with host. Will absolutely book again!

Great location, super convenient to so many hot spots. Host is easy to connect with and attentive to make sure we have everything we need. We will be back!

Place was dated, but comfortable and clean.

Palm Beach is just expensive, so this is a case of you get what you pay for. It is one of the cheaper places to stay but still too expensive for what you get. Beds were comfortable, but no mattress or pillow protectors and thin sheets. The tub basically didn’t drain (very slowly), there’s no dishwasher, no back up linens, big holes in the bath towels, no extra trash bags, some of the kitchen cabinets are broken, and the kitchen is scantily stocked. I would have liked a chest of drawers in the bedroom to put my clothes in rather than live out of my suitcase. The gate is ridiculous- very difficult to open and my grandson got hurt on it. I can tell the owners did their best with decor and furnishings- it’s just these maintenance and stocking issues that need to be addressed. Not the best neighborhood, but we felt pretty safe.
