The space was much more than I expected. It was quiet and in a great location. It was easy to access other facilities, shops, markets and within walking distance to the Havas bus station.
There were a few moments of discomfort from tobacco smoke from other tenants (I assume, as I didn't see them smoke). But the smell was not nice, especially for me, coming from South Africa, where smoking in hotel rooms is forbidden.
