The neighborhood is very nice - 20-30 minutes from the center, and filled with small bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. We felt very safe, and it's a chill and quiet place.
The room is nothing special - very clean, has a refrigerator, and all the standard stuff. Having a shared kitchen was super useful.
The staff was very friendly and fast - we wanted to unlock the AC because it was getting cold, and they enabled it in 5 minutes.
No complaints, in general. As a place with a shared kitchen, you can hear some noise, but nothing major.

"very easy communication, clean room, frequent change of towels and sheets. Also, the refrigerator in the room was an excellent convenience."
