The location. And the fact that I had reserved parking.
I found the two handymen there, and I was impressed with the respect they showed me ( the customer) They are part of the good experience
I could only see the parking area from my stoep

It was home away from home. It had all the important amenities to make one comfortable well secured .
The towels could be changed daily.

Great location, good communication and very clean
Not a big deal but would’ve like to have a long mirror (especially for the ladies).

It’s still news
No staff to tidy rooms
