The condition of the house was excellent—clean, tidy, and comfortable. It was very convenient, with convenience stores, grocery shops, and halal restaurants located just downstairs from the homestay, accessible simply by taking the lift and walking a short distance. The surrounding area was not busy with traffic, and at night it remained quiet, with considerate neighbours. The cool weather at night was also pleasant and suitable for the price paid.

Parkir is limited after office hours as like another home apartment with shop lot but day light is more free parkir if lucky near with homestay.

In front of the building, especially near the laundry, there are too many dogs, more than 5... to the point that the children are afraid to get out of the car.. ask for it to be fixed, what can be done?
