Sehr gute Lage.

Clean apartment
Comfortable beds
Two bathrooms
Excellent communication with the host
Unsafe neighborhood
The garage is extremely difficult to access with a standard-sized car
Neglected and unattractive garden
A lot of mosquitoes inside the apartment
The apartment is too small for five adults
Our stay at the apartment was unfortunately not a pleasant experience. On the very first night, we were robbed by two masked intruders despite the entrance gate to the property being closed. Unfortunately, we had not locked the apartment's front door with a key.
This incident significantly affected our sense of safety for the rest of our holiday. Out of fear, we kept the heavy metal shutters and the security door closed even at night, which prevented fresh air from entering the apartment.
The overall appearance of the property does not match the impression presented in the listing. The garden is neglected, making it an uninviting place to spend time.
The apartment itself and the garage are consistent with the description and previous reviews.
During the stressful situation at the beginning of our stay, the host was kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We truly appreciated his support.
