New, well architected and implemented (renovated) apartment. Full refrigerator, kitchen utensils, coffee machine etc.
New, top notch air conditioning, water pressure etc. Also beach towels and umbrella provided... 2 nice fruit portions and 2 bottles of spring water provided for free. The host is excellent, very accommodating, provided tons of information etc.
The specific street the property is on is very narrow and with all kinds of properties. External appearance not the best.
The view from the apartment, which has a balcony to the back is not interesting. In general, even though very convenient, the area is not appealing.
