This hotel is above all the expectations ! Palace label should be on it. Staff is doing everything to make your experience and stay even better than you expected !

Incredible views from our room, huge comfy spacious bed, the staff were so attentive & answering the door to the hotel robot was hilarious
We thought the gym would have had some more decent equipment in there but it seemed to only be cardio machines, the pool is only small but you book it out so you’re the only ones who are in there which is nice, we were hoping for a sauna or steam room

Espectacular! Es un hotel que en cualquier ciudad europea valdría 4 veces más.
Todo está cuidado al último detalle y el personal es tan atento, tan amable… y te ayudan en todo. Tuvimos un problema ajeno al hotel y gracias a ellos conseguimos solucionarlo.
Vale la pena pagar las habitaciones con bañera! La ubicación inmejorable!

The location is good but parking is a nightmare if you plan on driving.
It shares the same building as many other hotel so the elevator get super busy. The room is build in a way that it looks good but it’s not great. Generic furniture like the type you would find from IKEA. Built quality is subpar. My bath was leaking water every time I fill it up.
