Good size room and balcony. Good sized, soft towels and lovely bathroom accessories

No staff! This should be made clearer. WiFi that dropped out constantly- impossible to watch TV because of this.

Dommage qu’il n’y est pas de voilage sur les carreaux car la chambre Gaspard donne sur la rue avec une fenêtre à la même hauteur. Cela force à laisser le rideau de la fenêtre fermé pour garder son intimité

The room is very stylish and highly Instagrammable, making it a nice option for a romantic one-night stay, and the breakfast was genuinely lovely, even if it was surprising to be charged extra to have it brought to the room. The place was also very quiet, and the online team was responsive and helpful throughout the stay, despite everything being handled remotely with no on-site reception.

The biggest disappointment was discovering after booking, once the access details were sent, that this is not really a hotel: no reception, no elevator, and irregular access, with a misleading claim of being above a “famous” café. While the pictures look attractive, the reality falls short of hotel standards with poor maintenance, questionable cleanliness (dust under the bed, soap dispensers covered in limescale and grease), and basic security and safety concerns. That said, it can still work as a cute, romantic, one-night escape with lower hospitality expectations, as the room is undeniably very Instagrammable.
