The house is surrounded by ravines, springs, and stone paths that are over a century old.

It was built in 1978 and renovated in 2017 with the goal of integrating it into the environment and improving its energy efficiency. The space features an austere, simple, and relaxing decor, using natural materials and recycled and/or restored furniture, which lend it warmth and comfort. Everything is centered on well-being and tranquility, making it a place where you can be happy.

It offers unbeatable views of the sea and the farm where it is located, inviting you to enjoy this beautiful landscape with tranquility and harmony. Surrounded by green crops—primarily citrus fruits, avocados, peaches, and yams—it is powered by renewable energy. However, the medium-term goal is to implement biological wastewater treatment systems and subsequent reuse, as well as to utilize existing springs to obtain drinking water.

The farm owes its name to its origins, as the area was once full of mud and sugarcane fields, and its naming also coincided with the broadcast of a highly successful television series inspired by the novel of the same name by the famous writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez.
