KARAVANSARAY Turkistan Family Hotel - FLYING THEATRE ACCESS

Все устраивает

Spacious room with comfortable sofas which you could lay down, plus great view to the flying theatre.

Breakfast room was limited and be a bit fight for sits if there is a large tour group.

Lovely hotel - we tried to check in at the Family Hotel but were told we’d been “upgraded” to the Harbour Hotel as they had overbooked. There was a free shuttle on a gold buggy between the hotels. The staff were lovely, very friendly - we were not able to eat in the restaurant at dinner as there was a buffet but were able to order room service from the menu. No problems there. Breakfast was ok, nothing special (by western standards) but enough to leave you satisfied - suspect it’s very generous and good for Kazakhstan. Room was well appointed, air con worked well and lots of little bits and bobs in the bathroom including a scrubbing shower glove.
