Proche de tout
C’est un peu bruyant le soir

Appliances and kitchen was very functional. Sitting was comfortable and so was the bed. Air conditioner worked well when we used it at night but there was always a nice breeze when we opened the doors
No elevator, you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs so you must be able to bring your suitcases up yourself.
