L’emplacement, la vue et le jardin
La promiscuité des terrasses, la difficulté pour se garer

Price.
A friendly host and last minute reservation approval. Host was very agreeable,
Consistent hot water in the shower.
No-contact check in and check out.
Comfortable bed and patio.
Good views, cosy garden.
Washing machine.
Outdoor kitchen, there was nothing lacking (maybe only a bottle opener).
There were toiletries.
Sometimes communication with the host was a tiny bit overstepping the decent boundaries.
Shower had no wall or curtains, was a little bit messy and would be less comfortable for a longer kind of stay.
There could some place to put down the things, a table, chairs inside the room or something like that.

Nice terrace, big room
Shower without any glass or curtain, floods the entire bathroom, from time to time piping in the house smelled incrediby bad, nobody told us if we are allowed to use the outdoor kitchen, no towel changes in 5 nights there
