Good apartment on the second floor, lift or stairs. Well back from a quiet street, in a gated courtyard. All the normal cooking & cleaning facilities. Big comfortable bed. Storage room with lots of shelves, drawers and hanging space. Separate Toilet/Bathroom, with a bath.
Plenty of restaurants, takeaways and shops within a 5 minute walk. Multiple Bus, Train and Metro stops within 10 minutes walk.
5 minutes walk to the Arc De Triomphe, 20 minutes walk to the Trocadero overlooking the Eiffel Tower. 15 minutes by RER/Metro to Notre Dame.
The apartment could have done with a little dusting, particularly in the storage room.
