Vess Hotel & SPA

Strongly recommend..good stuff..

I am grateful to the staff of this comfortable nearly hotel perfect location next to Metro and Store front desk was amazing pure joy to talk to them every morning very helpful and understanding where I need to go and helping me out with the whole two weeks I stayed thank you so much guys. Hope to see you soon. I would definitely recommend.

Everything is excellent

The hotel itself was acceptable, but the breakfast was very disappointing. Each day the variety decreased, and the options were very limited. As someone who requires soft food, this was particularly difficult, as the only option available for me was boiled eggs every morning. This greatly reduced the overall enjoyment of my stay. The highlight of the experience was the receptionist, lady who was exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful. Her professionalism made a very positive impression. Overall, while the service at reception was excellent, the hotel would benefit from significantly improving the breakfast quality and variety.
