This single-storey accommodation welcomes you in a tropical and relaxing setting, with a beautiful terrace that connects the relaxation area directly to the pool. Enjoy a secure (and heated) swimming pool, a whirlpool jacuzzi, a sauna, and even a piano for moments of relaxation and conviviality.

The villa has 3 bedrooms (all air-conditioned) and a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV and WIFI.

No parties, no sound overflow is allowed. We have neighbours and wish to continue to have a good relationship with them.

If the entry is on a Sunday or a public holiday, an additional cleaning fee may be requested.

A security deposit of 1500 euros will be requested on arrival and will be destroyed no later than 15 days after your departure, provided that no damage has been caused to the villa after 3 phases of control: 1) the inventory of fixtures at the end of the building, 2) the passage of the housekeepers, 3) the entry of the following tenants.

The tenants are required to leave free access to the accommodation for any repair or cleaning intervention that may allow the resolution of a malfunction or shortcoming observed. The fact of opposing an intervention renders null and void the possibility for the tenant to make a claim for compensation of any kind at the end of his stay.
