This is a great rental. Newly remodeled, very clean, thoughtfully designed with everything you need. Everything works as it should. Lovely indoor and outdoor space in a wonderful quiet Windansea neighborhood. Will be back.

This place is very modern and nicely set up/decorated. The neighborhood was relaxing and very quiet. It is managed by a property rental company which hinders the real time communication you get with other properties that have an owner that can respond faster. I ran into a few hiccups that weren’t answered until the next day or after I found a resolution.

Very clean property and well stocked with kitchenware. The backyard is lovely. We enjoyed everything about this place except for the inability to turn off the porch and yard lights, which were so bright in the bedroom that we couldn't sleep and had to drape a dark blanket over the blinds.
