Lovely cottage, spotless & equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Great location in the village with outside seating on both sides of the cottage so we could always sit outside in the sun! Just a short walk to Filey beach & we used the swimming pool on site every day. We would definitely return & stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation suitable for all of my party including the dog. Every need was catered for. So lucky to have 3 bathrooms and a downstairs bedroom.

Our first time to Filey and the cottage and it won’t be the last. From booking to arrival all the information was provided promptly and allowed a seamless arrival and stay. Cottage itself was clean, tidy and equipped with everything you’d need for a relaxing stay with WiFi connection easy. Location was superb with a short 5/10 stroll to the beach and then 15 into Filey via the beach with great walks and fish n chips. The onsite pub is very handy too after a long walk with standard fare on offer. We didn’t have time for the onsite facilities (pool etc) although most other people have commented they are good. Overall an excellent break with plenty to do in the area (noted handy Tesco in Filey or Morrisons in Bridlington).

Thank you for our lovely holiday stay. Great location, beautiful property very clean and modern with good facilities.
