Pulizia carente

Ottima posizione, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, senza bisogno di usare la macchina. Camere spaziose e ambiente molto pulito, fornito di tutti i compfort.

Peccato per il sistema di aria condizionata un po vecchiotto, da sostituire: se si usava l’aria, dovevi svuotare delle cisterne, che si riempivano all’utilizzo, posizionate in balcone.

Excellent location, close to historic centre and train station

Electricity kept cutting out. We had to on several occasions turn the fuse box on /off. This happened when using the microwave / washing machine. Water boiler ran out of hot water. The apartment was booked for 5 people but hot water supply was not sufficient for showers for all. The small bathroom has a shower but can't be used as it is too small and water goes everywhere and the water in this shower goes cold if anyone is using the taps in the kitchen.

Great size 3 beds with balcony, facilities good, air con effective, 10-15 minute walk to town centre and major sites

Noisy during the week, right next to a primary/nursery school, they are out a lot during the day and also play liud music, weekdays the nearby dual carriageway is very loud, do not come here for peace and quiet, electrics went on a number of occasions when 2 hobs and another item were on, not sure the wiring is correct, entry code did not work on first use and instructions were only in Spanish, fine if you only let to the Spanish, they don't, when you get there you find you have to clear all your rubbish or incur a cleaning charge, never had this before, air con not plumbed in so had to empty water containers, when we advised we wanted an earlier entry time, 2 pm not 4pm, we received no answer until the day we arrived when we were told they couldn't do that. I would have looked for something else if i had known. As a point it is no where near a decent beach, the one near the harbour is horrible
