The apartment was spotless and felt brand new. The layout made excellent use of the small space, feeling both functional and comfortable. It’s in a convenient location, close to a 7-Eleven and plenty of local restaurants. The beach is just a 20-minute walk away, with shuttle options available if you prefer not to walk.
There is ongoing construction on the land next to the apartment complex, scheduled to continue until the end of 2026. Unfortunately, our balcony faced directly onto the construction site, which was not mentioned in the listing. It didn’t bother us personally, as we weren’t here for a vacation, but if I had been staying for a holiday, I would have been disappointed. There’s frequent loud construction noise, including drilling, starting early in the morning and continuing into the evening.

It was perfect for our family, great to have a fully equipped kitchen and a pool. The location is perfect for accessing Boat Avenue and Laguna.
Nothing it was perfect for our needs.
