Altis Porto Hotel, a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts- LVX

breakfast was fine. hotle was good facilites good

they were digging up the front of the hotel. we experienced difficulty in checking in,The hotel has a car park and if they had informed us before we arrived of the work and given us the post code of the car park, it would have made checking in a lot easier

There is no place like Altis Porto. Such a wonderful establishment! The staff makes you feel welcome and caters to all your needs. I stayed for a whole week enjoying the amenities at the hotel besides talking walks in the beautiful neighborhood. I particularily enjoyed having lunch by the pool on the hotel's rooftop. There one can enjoy the beautiful view of the river Douro below and the city of Porto of course. The breakfast is exceptional; I enjoyed all the freshly cut fruit and honey. They also have cooked veggies besides all the regular things you would expect at a breakfast table such as omelets a la your choice, toast, buns, cakes, cheeses, granola, yoghurts, hams etc etc.

Wszystko było idealnie

Że nie zostaliśmy poinformowani o remoncie w hotelu, ale obsługa wymieniła nam pokój na taki gdzie hałas nie był odczuwalny.

Clean, new, modern, helpful staff.

Location was a bit of a distance from the center but we were able to walk there and back. Quiet neighborhood. Due to some construction? GPS didn’t get us there easily so we wound up driving in circles for about a half hour.
