Uredno je, prostrano i na dobroj lokaciji

Preuzimanje je komplicirano, dosli smo minutu prije dogovorenog vremena i nije bilo kljuca. Nije bas 5 minuta do plaze, treba barem 15.

Appartamento gradevole, non di lusso come pubblicizzato.

Un bagno non funzionante con lavello otturato e scarico condensa aria condizionata dal soffitto gocciolava per terra.

the secure parking was excellent. easy walk to everything.

it was described as luxury but wasn't . needs quite a lot of work on decor and bathrooms.

Location, parking availability

The accommodation has fairly central location, with easy access to both the pier and the beach. Overall, the property is quite average, but there are a few areas that would need improvement. Cleanliness and housekeeping could be better. There were spider webs in several places, and there were noticeable stains on the walls and the carpet. One of the mattresses was in very poor condition and was almost unusable, so it should be replaced. The host specifically asked us to contact only him if we had any questions and not to disturb the neighbors. During our stay, we asked only one question, but we did not receive any reply. During our stay, a maintenance guy came to replace the microwave. He worked in the apartment for about 30 minutes, and we had to wait the whole time, so we could not leave for our planned program. We were not given any advance notice about this.
