Great location and apartment like brand new

No complaints at all

We had a very pleasant stay overall! The building itself is beautiful, and having private parking was a big plus. The apartment is spacious, clean, and nicely designed, with two levels, several balconies, a large bathroom, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially liked the cozy interior and the view from the windows. The location is excellent. There is a really great and affordable pizzeria, Carmen 2, just nearby, where you can have delicious pizza or get it to take away. There are also plenty of bakeries and shops around, and the bus stop is literally a one-minute walk away. The apartment is well equipped and has everything necessary. The host was nice and responded quickly to all our questions.

There were a few things that could be improved. Unfortunately, one of the bed sheets was dirty and had a dried blood stain on it. There were also not enough wine glasses in the apartment. As mentioned in some previous reviews, it can be quite difficult to figure out how to use the intercom when arriving late at night. You have to scroll through letters and then apartment numbers, and call without being sure which one to select. It would be very helpful to include clearer instructions for this in the check-in information. We also couldn’t figure out how to open the parking gate from inside the building, so instructions for this would be useful as well. One more thing to be aware of: after booking through Booking.com, you need to complete an additional registration on the property’s website, including uploading photos of identification documents for all guests. The city tax is also paid there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and liked the apartment and its location. With a few small improvements, it would be an even better experience.

The apartment was good and clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was good. Parking was available.

The apartment itself was lovely and we stayed there for two nights. The first night was completely fine. However, on the second night, things became quite unsettling every 10 to 15 minutes, the closet lights kept turning on and off by themselves and at one point the bedroom lights also switched on automatically. It felt quite creepy, especially happening in the middle of the night. Since it was our last night, we decided to check out early in the morning. Me and my wife barely slept because of the constant disturbance. We been to many properties in different countries but never had this experience. Don't know if it was the switch however it was bit unexpected.
