The room is exactly as shown in the photos; there are no surprises. Micha is very friendly and welcoming. I stayed for three nights, and both the room and the bed were very comfortable. The entire house is clean and tidy. It is very close to the city—a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute tram ride away. There is a wonderful park right in front of the house—quiet and peaceful. I was extremely pleased with the place and highly recommend it to everyone. Bonus: The house has a fantastic kitchen balcony—perfect for coffee or an evening glass of wine.

I had some trouble coming down from the first floor due to my own physical limitations, but thanks to Micha, he helped me by carrying my suitcase—which was heavier than he was—all the way to the garden gate.

exceptional experience. comfortable room and environment, really nice area, friendly host. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a stay for anyone considering ✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧

Problemloser Check in, sehr zentrale Lage, netter Gastgeber.

The location is excellent, close to the city centre and to the tram stop Theater am Leibnizplatz. The host borrowed me an umbrella so I did not need to pack one. I did not have time to use them, but there were tourist guides and a coffee machine in the room. I find the value offered for the price great, compared to other options available at the time of booking. The bed was comfortable as I slept surprisingly well. The place was clean, overall.

There was some dust gathered on the bathroom heater bars. I know it can be difficult to notice, but I guess I should not give full marks for cleanliness due to this detail. This was not an issue for me though.
