Owners very personable. The suite very clean and attractive.
The suite is in the basement and lacks its own thermostat. The stairs to get access to the backyard lack handrails.

Very clean, safe, and inviting.
Needs another motion light on side towards the suite during dark as uneven walkway.

Complete with amenities, fairly clean, quiet, comfortable, accommodating + friendly owner and neighbour (helped us find the entry)
- Could not download netflix in living room area (tv low on storage.. we could have deleted some apps but not sure if we were allowed to)
- some pet fur(?) on the carpet
- curtain on main door is only a foot tall from top of door, renters can be seen in living room from the outside if ever someone was peeking in

No clear instructions to check in and so unorganized. The address is hard to find as the gps will bring you to the back alley.
