The whole place was beautiful, it was immaculately clean, there was no need to take your own shampoos, washing tablets, conditioner etc as everything was provided along with towels and extra blankets if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil you would ever need. The beds were sooo comfy, we used the indoor hot hub which was nice. The host Lou was lovely as well which was great.

The fridge needs to be replaced i think, it drips with alot of water onto your food and saturates everything and had to be thrown away several times. My most disappointing aspect for the whole trip was the pool, i wish it was like the photos because that was one of the things that drew us to the villa, knowing that the temperatures get beyond 30 degrees and whilst we were there it got above 35 and after day 2 the pool couldnt be used. It was so dirty, it was green and murkey with green stuff growing on the floor and walls, we tried using the pool cover that you had to tie to the palm tree which didnt work, there was branches and leaves all the time which i suppose is expected as its windy, we did our best to clean it but a pool maintenance person a few times a week really should be provided so that the pool even though its cold could still be used daily. We were desperate to use it as well which was a real shame for us.

From the moment we opened the doors, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views. It really felt like we were being welcomed by the sea, and the view was simply incredible. The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, with modern decor, lovely tiles and plenty of natural light. We were surprised by how large all the bedrooms were, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. We slept like babies every night! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, which was especially useful travelling with our little one. As a family originally from the Caribbean, we felt completely at home. The peaceful, safe and beautifully maintained area, friendly people and convenient location made it a perfect base for exploring Lanzarote. And we have to mention the host, Lou. She was absolutely wonderful! Welcoming, helpful and incredibly understanding. She genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and her kindness made our stay even more special. This is one of those places that is even better in person than in the photos. We absolutely loved our stay and were genuinely sad to leave.

Everything was perfect.

Everything really. Beautiful house, good size pool. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. The Jacuzzi is definitely a highlight of the property. Safe surroundings and beach just behind the fence. Great communication and prompt replies made the whole process and stay a breeze. Car is recommended but not a necessity as plenty shops are nearby

The fridge needs updating and the WiFi signal is poor (but it's a very minor inconvenience)

AbsoluteLy everything! The villa was so spacious, had everything you could possibly need. The outdoor area looking out to sea was amazing. There was a supermarket, cocktail bar and pizza restaurant a 10 minute walk away. The villa is in such a quiet relaxing area, just perfect! The host Lou is so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for him, made us feel really welcome. We loved it so much we have already booked to return next year!
