Location good

The location felt unsafe when walking home alone. Also, there were no locks on the sliding door. There was no smoke alarm. Someone entered my apartment when I was not there, which also felt very unsafe. After one week I decided to relocate to a different lodging. The property manager promised a refund for the second week (value of 1500 euros), but it has been over one month and all I received is 300 euros. They are not communicating with me and I am unable to hold them to their promise, despite contacting booking.com. Therefore I feel it necessary to warn others to stay away from this property.
