The staff were very friendly & accomadating.
Our room was very hot and we had no tv. But that’s our preference not a reflection on the hotel

Superb breakfast all amid put with fresh fruit yoghurts ham cheese, everything. Such lovely friendly staff and I felt thoroughly looked after
Slight worry whether people can see in the half shaded out port hole! But minor point. This is a rather special place to stay and it was very comfortable.

This is a very unique stay - the place is well appointed and decor is lovely. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was straightforward to get to public transit and attend my conference from the location.
It would have been great if the wifi reached all the way into the guest rooms. As it was I had to sit in the common areas for signal. The toilets can be a bit loud, which is only a problem when trying to sleep.

Its a sweet boat, nicely decorated. Its quiet and a good location.
It is overpriced. We didn't see s ingle member of staff the entire time. The breakfast table was piled high with dirty plates. There was no breakfast left - we found 1 croissant, 11 blueberries, 3 strawberries, a warm yogurt, a bunch of green inedible bananas. The butter was almost gone and there was a bag of the cheapest bread you could toast. For £240 I would expect service, a clean table, hot coffee and some food to eat.

"What a gem of a place! Lively, comfortable, air-conditioned room. Amazing service, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Location was great too, 10 minute walk from Canary Wharf station and 1 minute..."
