The location and staff was wonderful. My favorite stay of my trip. The room was not too small as well.
Very expensive compared to my other stays.

It was an amazing location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Super approachable for western tourists.
I was expecting the room to be a little bigger, but the overall quality was high.

The property is cute and the staff went above and beyond. The bidet didn't work in our room, and they addressed it quickly. They offered us a new room, and though we chose not to move to a new room when it couldn't be fixed, they offered kindly. I liked the clothes washers, they were clean and nice. The amenities in the room- coffee, etc - were very handy.
The air conditioner didn't work. We did not mention it because it was very hot outside that week (36 degrees etc) and we felt there was little that could be done. I didn't love that there is only a sheet and a blanket- it would have been nice to have a light cover (like a top sheet).

Staff were wonderful and the location was incredible as everything was at your doorstep.
However the rooms were super cramped and not layers out well to maximise the space. Good for one person but it was a struggle with 2 people. Also didn’t like that I had to go to level 2 to use the iron and couldn’t bring it to my room. Very inconvenient. The price was more expensive than my return flights to Sydney.
Shared iron. Rooms were too small. Play for 1 person

"Excellent location right across the street from the Parco which contains the Pokemon Center, Nintendo store and many other shops. Rooms and common areas were clean. Staff was friendly."
