L'emplacement est très bien, à 5min a pied du centre dans une ruelle calme.
La vue de la chambre sur les toits de la ville et le lac Titicaca est magnifique.
Le petit-déjeuner est très correct : pain, beurre, avocat, jambon, jus, thé/café.
La douche est chaude.
Le gérant est très disponible et attentif à vous aider.
Le sol de la chambre était collant. Il n'y a pas de rideaux occultant donc vous vous réveillez avec le soleil.

The place has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff, close to local food shops, and reasonable location to get taxis into puno.
There was a non functioning TV unable to access any TV channels or movie. There was no offering of any food, or breakfast, and when I asked for coffee there was no milk. I had time for some breakfast but a scan of the kitchen indicated there was nothing on offer. Even though I had tours and early starts there was still time and an opportunity to be given something,, anything. I thought, given all the religious symbols that some kind of offering of fruit or bread would be made...very disappointing

Ce n’est pas trop loin du centre-ville
Le plus gros problème a été le bruit : juste à côté se trouve une salle de réception où des mariages étaient organisés. Pendant deux nuits sur trois, la musique était extrêmement forte jusqu’à environ 3 h du matin. Nous avons très mal dormi.
La chambre n’était pas très propre, la douche passait d’un filet d’eau brûlante à de l’eau glacée, le petit-déjeuner était très basique, et il n’y avait ni bouilloire, ni sèche-cheveux, ni savon ou shampoing.
