I had a little trouble checking in after hours however called the phone number and the customer service agent was very helpful and was able to get my group checked into the multiple rooms and registered within a timely manner.

I have stayed twice at this location now, and for me it’s all about location, location, location. One block away from Kuromon, quick 10 minute (maybe less) walk to Dotonbori. Den Den town is close by, as well as Namba shopping center. Very quiet and safe neighborhood! We love it here, so does my toddler. There’s a Family Mart in the corner!
Will definitely stay here again when we go back to Osaka to load up on more snacks lol
