Beautiful ocean view. Clean condo. Nice and quiet location.

Perfect location! The condo was beautiful and comfortable. My grandchildren and I loved looking at the beach and seeing boats and the sun rise and set. The location is great, easy to get to anywhere locally. I hope to return next year. Thank you!!

The room was very good. There are some maintenance items that would need corrected for me to rate as excellent. Light bulbs burnt out in bathroom, kitchen ceiling fan mounted in bad location where the cabinet doors hit the blades when opened. The ceiling fan should be mounted above the bed. Thankfully there was a little potable fan that was in the room and it was very handy. Sliding patio door moves hard and needs some regular maintenance. TV did not work when we arrived... after a couple days I figured out the WIFI box did not have power. Patio view is amazing, bed is comfortable, and having beach chairs to use was fantastic. The beach umbrella was broken but we used it one day before buying a new one at the local surf store and we left it for future renters. Again, I rate very good but cannot give excellent rating due to the things mentioned.

The view was beautiful! The shower curtains in the bathroom had mildew on them and some of the shelf paper in the kitchen should be changed. The toaster burnt the bread but they did replace it for us. The fan in the kitchen was too big & hit the cabinets which caused a safety issue. Wish they had put up a ceiling fan in the bedroom. It gets hot in there when the divider is pulled. Also wish there were blinds or curtains on the living room divider. It was too HOT in there in late afternoon when the sun shined in. The view was worth it all!
