The location is just one block off beach and quiet.
We already knew there wasn't a view from the lictur3s and Google maps. We also knew it was in the opposite side if the street that gets the sun in balcony so was prepared for that and not ones for sitting on balcony.
The apartment met all our expectations and great value for money.
There isnt a parking space for the apartment, which again we knew , so sometimes we had to drive around for 5 minutes and park a few blocks away. If you do this - dont forget to pin drop the location of your car , to yourself as nit many landmarks to remember. It was a lovely area to get to know. Impressed with cleanliness.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped for a four week stay. Good location for the bus station, supermarkets and beach. Apartment has an attractive entrance and there is a lift. The lady who manages the property is lovely and the owner was very helpful in sorting out an initial issue with WiFi very quickly.
We liked everything!
