Located in the village of Conquet, this pleasant 100 m² house can accommodate up to 4 people. Comfortable, bright and perfectly equipped, it offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday close to the sea.
The house comprises a beautiful living area with an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer as well as all the small appliances necessary to prepare delicious meals with family or friends.
The adjoining dining room has a large table that can seat up to 6 guests, ideal for sharing warm moments.
Separated by a glass partition, the lounge offers a cosy and welcoming space. You will find a sofa and two armchairs, as well as a television.
A bathroom with shower and sink completes this level, as well as a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Separate WC.
Upstairs
The first bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed, a wardrobe, a chair and an armchair.
The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm and 80 cm) that can be pushed together to form a large bed. It also includes storage and an armchair.
A second modern bathroom is at your disposal with shower, sink and toilet.
The enclosed garden of 600 m² where you can enjoy a dining area with table and chairs, as well as sun loungers for your moments of relaxation in the sun. A washing line is also at your disposal.
The back of the garden is accessible via a narrow passage in the house, it is also available from outside.

Conquet and its surroundings offer many activities, the house is located:
- 1.3 km from the fishing port and landing stage, departure point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène and sea discovery excursions.
- 750 m from local shops, delicatessens, restaurants, crêperies, boutiques. You will find our regional products at the local market on Tuesday morning.
- 900 m from the GR34 hiking trail and 850 m from Portez fine sand beach.
