Great house! Perfect for our family of 5. Location is toward the “quiet” end of the island, which we loved. Pool was wonderful and plenty warm. (The pool maintenance person was great.) However, as other guests noted, the water heater is an issue. Most days only one of us could get a warm shower in…and we were quick! Showers were cold. Other than the water heater, this place was a gem!

The property looks as it is advertised. Decorated in a beautiful beach theme, very clean and everything you need for a great stay. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom, and the house was very roomy. We met a few of the neighbors, they are great people. I would definitely recommend staying at this house.

Great location, great accommodations, recently renovated, perfect for our family of 4 with 18 & 20 year old children. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The pool was beautiful and not too hot, especially for August. Nice quiet dead end street on the south side of the island. The bay was wonderful for kayaking and seeing dolphins. Very relaxing with plenty to do. Would have been nice if the property provided beach equipment, had to rent chairs, umbrella, and cart. A cheap fishing rod and reel would have been great also (just an idea for the owner).

The property was nice and clean. As described. However, we stayed there for a wedding and really needed to use the bathrooms. There was only enough hot water for one person to take about a 3 min shower.
